Nightmare day, well nightmare half a day.

Got to manchester, dropped the car off and went to the trafford centre for a wander and some food. Picked the car up at about 3:15 and set off home, about half way up the 606 the fun starts, Blizzard conditions and snow starts settling, due to morons in BMW's ending up sideways and blocking off 2 lanes the traffic pretty much stops and it took 3.5 hours to get home! (took an hour this morning)

Not really had chance to check out the Koni's although the car did feel more settled and stable i was concentrating more on not getting really annoyed! Will do a proper write up when i've calmed down and had a proper drive around on them.

Only downside so far, I've still got this bloody knocking noise to figure out! was hoping it would disappear with the suspension change.

That's not good, glad you're home safe, it's pretty much been wet everyday since I got mine  >:(

Was quite a scary experience tbh. Although I'd never admit that to the missus lol
The thought of being stuck there all night was not something I was looking forward to!

Been for a drive this morning, really happy with the konis feels far more stable and planted but also doesn't pick up every little bump in the road. Definitely improved the car a lot and money well spent.

One thing I forgot to ask though they kept my old shocks, should they have given me them back? Didn't think about it until I got home :(

Depends if you want them or not. Ask if you do. They are worthless though....

;D im made up I managed to get the Konis, I thought the standard car was good but after 5 minutes could feel the difference.

Hopefully the weather will improve and we'll get some proper running.

I have all my old bits, if you want them BM will give them to you but I doubt ill be able to shift half of the stuff I got back. Was funny trying to get in into the car though (not the 500).

I was quoted £1,221 for Konis fitted at Rockingham cars  :o £866 parts plus 4 hours labour £355.

Sounds like £850 at Bauer Millet including wheel alignment is v good value in comparison  :thumb:

4 hours labour must include a lot of tea breaks!
