the GAZ shocks / springs are excellent but it may take a bit of fiddling to get the settings right for the type of use you put them to. Mine were originally set up at GAZ where the roads are relatively smooth but when I got home I found that I needed a slightly softer set up for the potholed roads in my area. On the track it is excellent...just firm it up to suit your needs....can dial in more understeer or oversteer by firming up or softening front/rear ratio.
Changing the settings takes no time at all...just reach in under rear  and at front put car to full lock then reach in and adjust....hope its good for you.

I think with just a 5mm on each wheel the loading should ok for the wheel bearings I have had 5mm factory spacers on a Porsche cayman s and they have not caused any problems

The Tarox disc's and pads I will report back on when fitted any a few miles under their belt

How have the Gaz coilovers settled down, very much looking forward to getting mine fitted

We have the gaz shocks
Make sure you get warren to put the 200lb springs on the front anything more will be teethchattering for the road.
They are very good though Thumb Up

Thanks gents for the welcome to the Gaz club  Smiley

Having read through all 12 pages of the thread I did make sure that I ordered the 200lbs front springs

So once again many thanks for all your positive feedback which did help me make up my mind

I was originally going for the Koni FSD kit but the shocks and springs are all on back order and will not be seen until week one in 2011
when the new VAT will take effect and I can't wait that long, warren did a good price on the Gaz coilovers   Thumb Up

Right Gents it's booked in to K Tec to have the Gaz coilovers and brakes changed next Tuesday 30th Nov

What are your current setting's for fast road use I live in Dorset and we have no motorways or any really smooth roads lol

The suggested drop I have been told is 15mm on the front & 30 mm on the back does this seem about right

Any further help appreciated

I think mine's now dropped by 60mm on the front, rear height is determined by the springs so isn't adjustable. I'll check my shock settings later...
