They are purposely expensive to stop the looky likey's.
95% of the time the only reason they would need to be ordered would be through an insurance claim.

It all depends upon what spirit it's done in. A rip off eBay 695 badge on a pink pop might be a sociological comment on the underlying absurdity of modern man in a consumer society. Or alternatively it might be just giving a one finger salute to the twazzocks who would spend £600 on a badge.
