I have had an SS for 4 months now. Had a cooper S for 3 years. It has taken me 3 months to like the SS. Frankly the build quality is not great, performance not as good as a cooper S but......no one really looks twice at a mini....they do with an Abarth. If you buy one be patient...

the performance is so marginal between the Mini and an abarth you wouldn't notice it, some say the abarth is better round corners. I power is more readily there with the abarth.

the car is fun, you always have a smile on your face, loads of extras standard on the car you would pay extra for on the mini.

I love my red leather seats, white is gorgeous when clean, my only gripe is the fly collection in the summer and the boot area likes to pick up the dirt in the winter…
