I do 100+ miles a day in my AGP and always average between 30 and 32 mpg.  It's nearly all B roads late night/early morning and it does get whipped along.  I would imagine more sensible driving would easily see 35mpg+.  I've done a few motorway slogs and if you take it steady then high 30's seem about average.  :thumb:

But, er, yeah. You should get better than 35mph out of it without too much trouble.

You're gonna need a TMC box to achieve that  ;)

Use mine for work. 11000 miles since may. Makes the commute pleasurable even though much of it is motorway. About 35 mpg. I never turn sport off....  :)

Whenever I find myself feeling like I need to be punished, rather than turning sport mode off, I simply hitch up to the nearest caravan and hey presto!  ;D
Much the same effect and much more practical; not to mention the pleasing/calming effect on other road users :thumb:

(if you can't find a caravan, any large heavy object - such as a small planet - will suffice!)

Alternatively, pull into the inside lane of a motorway behind the nearest lorry in the wet and enjoy the sedate pace and the spray..... ;D

Oops. I meant mpg, obviously. I blame the wine.
