yes issue 137.

They liked the 200, Renault, it seems, can do no wrong, it was a short review though probably because its been covered before under the cup review. Looking at these myself as there are cracking discounts to be had.

Fiats man suggests you stick with what he set up for the non SS A500 but he might be a little biased seeing as its his work :)

cheers, I managed a nice discount off my 182 but that was due to it being the end of that shape and my buddy working for Renault.
Had a nose round the 200 whilst getting mine serviced earlier this month, didn't please my eye as much as the A500 nor would it please my wallet long term.

Any news on the Multiair engine making it's way into the A500 to help with those emissions / mpg ?

Its been said many times, there will be no multi-air for A500 this year as we've already been shown the plans for 2011.
It will probably be mid to late 2012 before we see it.

Old topic I know, but I'm getting impatient.

A while back someone posted a link to a Fiat Group presentation saying the A500 was due a major update mid 2012, hinting at Multiair.  Has anyone heard any rumours from the Geneva Motor Show?  Is the current 0% deal to clear out the stock of T-Jet cars?

The yanks have now we should too!

The Abarth at Geneva was the Maserati 695. Still no obvious signs of the MA breaking cover just yet.

The Paris Show at the end of Sept/ start of October is a biggie.

If they were going to introduce the MA for 2013 it would make a lot more sense to do it then rather than at Geneva now.

There is no mention of Multiair for 2012 and the T-jet unit is used widely accross the group so there be no need for a "clear out"

It would be interesting if someone had done a comparison test between the Euro 500, Euro SS and the US Multiair versions.

Anyone know of such a thing?

Just had a look on the US websites - kerb weight of the American spec is 1151Kg, European spec is only 1035Kg - 116Kg difference!!!!! not far off an Evo which weighs in at 1185Kg!!!!! Must be something to do with the US crash laws and wider seats ;D

O-60 is listed as 7.2 sec, there was a Dyno graph for the Multiair but I can't find it now, will look later.
