rake padal is to big
« on: February 01, 2011, 04:34:36 AM »
Before you say it, no I don't have fat feet !!
Does any one else get the padal pressing on thier footwear when braking sometimes, if you don't quite sqeeze it into the corner or on the steering rack at the back. I might cut it down a little, who needs brakes !

Try a different pair of Shoes/trainers etc, but not stilettos - it ruins the heal !

It worked for me.

Excuse my ignorance, but what is this rake pedal you speak of? Perhaps there was a mix up in the parts bin - no rakes in my car.

In fact, judging by the size of an average garden rake, I imagine it's quite dangerous. I'd take it to your dealer - should be covered under warranty.  :thumb:

Most of the jokes I was going to use appear above, so I'll just say, why the f**k do you have a rake in your car? And surely keeping a padal (did you mean paddle) in your car is just overkill, if we get floods you won't be able to row your car.

You should think carefully about having these items rolling around in the footwell, they might affect your ability to 'brake'.

If I knew where my rake padal was, I'd stick a scorpion sticker on it  :thumb:

Oh dear oh dear! ;D

I have problems in my AGP-SS but didn't have any in my GP-Sporting, which is a little odd...  You learn to drive with your toes and not the whole of your foot - at least that's what I've been doing!

Size 12 feet don't get on well with them, but it's a price we must pay! ;)

Mine is the semi auto flappy paddle, so don't need a big pedal, might cut it
