Who else is considering buying one of these then? (no insults/pram referrals please)

In case if you didn't gather by then, I have put my name down for it. Talking figures will be next month at Reserarch Abarth once UK prices are confirmed for both mono and bicolour versions because I want the latter. However, I won't have the seats in Curo as I much prefer Nero.

I'm much looking forward to it!
I'd gathered that, hence why i asked "anybody else" i didn't actually mean i'm getting one! (yet  Whistle)

What Bi-colour would you get? Black/white?  Smiley

Oh well, seems I jumped the gun then.

Yes, black and white looks likely. The two tone grey looked great in the publicity pictures. BUT when I saw Jax's pictures from the dealer driving days, I had second thoughts. The three alloy options have to be carefully considered against the colour of the car.

I'm gonna get one, but wanted it in black... and there's no black.  So I thought I'd go red with black roof... they are only doing red with grey roof...  Puke
So now I'm going to have to just wait to see some options at the dealer's.   Undecided

A translation (thanks google) off the A500C states that it will be in (Italian) Abarth showrooms this weekend of 12 - 13 June.

Our turn will come soon!

I've just had a bit of fun configurating my own A500C - thanks Joe for the heads-up - although some of the extras need physically seeing as I have no idea what Telo coprivettura indoor vintage is. It translates into Indoor vintage cloth coprivettura which is a 294 Euro ex works option. I suspect it will not be offered on the Bicolour since leather is standard. I aslo need to know what the wind stop looks like. Decisions!

Thanks for the heads-up Joe, I've been checking for this every other day.  That grigio record does look dubiously pastel.

For you A500C fans here are some real life pictures showing the black and white paint work with the optional red stripe.

I trust this will be picked up by those on the A500C 2 tone paint thread.

Anyway i trust that real pictures rather than airbrushed or stand pictures with false lighting will assist in those considering.

Over 60 pictures were unleashed on another forum but what, no engine or boot pictures?

The standard 16" alloys look quite nice especially coloured in titanium. It will be interesting to see what it looks like on 17" alloys (code 5FB)

It is shown with grey seats; we have now seen brown before. Black would be the default choice for me. I like monocolour interiors with a splash of colour (the dashboard)

Now for UK prices for the Bicolour.....!

I think the 2 tone paint looks really good and these pictures really show if off to its best. if i were going to get a A500c i would definitely go for either the black/white or dark grey/light grey. My opinion was that i thought the car would look better if it lighter colour would have been on top rather than the bottom, but as i said on the 2tone paint tread, I can understand why Abarth chose to go the way they did so the roof blended in with the colour of the paint.

The press office carries a total of 59 photos at the mo; most of them are much the same as the ones above, and all the 'photos' are of the same white/black car - no photos of the new metallic grey, for instance.  The only interior photos are the ones I posted a while back.

Hmm, I'm starting to be won over by that two-tone version.

But I'm even more won over by those roads - oh to have roads like that close by...    Roll Eyes

Looks like the Bicolours are likely to be an £899 option, although you must also have the leather option selected.  This is yet to be confirmed.  More news in a bit.
