Firstly that's the old model, the new one has live updates which this one doesn't.
Secondly there is no way on this planet that this unit will pair with an Abarth model.
I spent a huge amount of time talking Fiat, Abarth and Tom Tom when the unit was originally launched and the problem lies with the car.
With a Fiat there is a software file in the car which tells the Tom Tom which modeal and colour of car you have so it can change the car on the screen to match you vehicle.
That file is missing from the Abarth product so the Tom Tom assumes there is a fault and will not pair with the car.
The file cannot be added to the car so it will never happen.
On a brighter note, I have used the older model and have now upgraded to the live unit.
Both are very good as long as all you want is a satnav with no wires
