Blue & me broke?

wierd problem. My phone and i pod functions have just stopped working? the button that selects radio-cd-ipod etc works fine. The 'talk' button does not work. nor does the phone button. So, I cant view phonebook etc, or when on the ipod I cant change track or album etc. The volume buttons do work tho?

any ideas?

Disconnect battary and then try it  :thumb:

had the same problem disconnect battery for about 2 mins.

The universal IT fix.  Switch it off and back on again.  ;D

Switching it on and off seems to work with some many things, but why is it when you asked tech support for help they call it a full system reboot and charge you £50 for the advice :whistle:

I now have exactly the same problem, I will try the battery tonight! Will disconnecting the battery cause any thing else to change on my car?

You lose trip data, clock setting and as far as I know anything like DLR settings all return to default.

We have to make a living some how.  If you did it without us tell you it wouldnt fix it but when we do tell you, that's when the magic happens!  8)
