Suddenly find that Blue & Me does not connect up when I start the car up. Worse, if I'm on the phone while starting the car (walking out of the house an getting in, etc), then the call just gets cut off, not by disconnection of the call, but the phone says the call is still connected only I can't hear anything and no-one can hear me
Not sure if the settings on my iPhone are supposed to say that Blue & Me is connected when the car is outside and turned off, and I am inside - so I dropped the connection on the iPhone (Forget this Device), then went back in the car and paired up. Looks like the pairing worked, keyed in the pin number and phone says it is copnnected
And nothing has changed! Tried to make a call using the steering wheel controls and voice, get a message "searching for connection" and then it gives up
Can't see anything in the Blue & Me handbook thatr looks like what I'm looking for - and just to make my week, the car was 2 years old LAST weekend so probably not covered by warranty
Any ideas, has this happened to anyone else? Phone has been working perfectly fine for last 18 months and I haven't changed either the Blue & Me software (probably old as I've never updated it) ever, nor the iPhone iOS in recent weeks
