For those of you with iPhone/B&M experience, I've just traded in my old berry for an iPhone, so was wondering if I can ditch my USB stick and use iTunes. Fortunately the 695 comes with a dinky little cable and a phone holder but the default B&M settings are a little frustrating and I was wondering if its possible/how to change them.
Firstly, in my old SS, the media player was the default source, so as soon as you plugged in a USB stick, it would begin playing from the point where it last stopped (I think). The new car is set up with the radio as default and it will not even see the USB stick unless its plugged in before the ignition is turned on. Can anyone tell me how to change the default behaviour to Media player?
Secondly, when using iPhone/iTunes play lists, when I stop, I obviously remove the iPhone. When I reconnect, I have to go through the whole track/playlist selection process again. Can the system be set to pick up at the point/track where I removed the iPhone. If I leave the iPhone in situ, it starts up again from the correct point with no problem when the car is restarted.
I'd be grateful if any iPhone geeks can offer some words of advice or point me in the right direction.
