Mine is random. Sometimes plays on the last track where it left off, sometimes goes back to the beginning. But the worst is mine goes through a period where it will always start with the same song. ONLY. I then take USB stick out and go inside and delete the offending track.

Well count yourself lucky  Mine seems to be the same problem as 903cc. Sometimes it will start where it left off but half the time it will start off with 1 song. I've figured out that this isthe 1st track in alphabetical order, this might be a coinsidence but if I'm right it means that doing what 903cc does and delete the offending track it will just move on to the next 1 alphabetically.
Let me know if this is the case, would be good to know
