Right my blue and me has worked perfect since new - last few days i cant access the menu to phonebook. last dialed etc etc if i dial out from the handset the phone connects to the kit and on the blackberry it shows as handsfree as soon as you start up also the voice dialing button doesnt respond question is is this the start of problem fiat  and clues how to sort it ?? |

Yes it is the start of it becoming a problem Fiat, you car will now randomly fall apart/explode/turn into a flock of starlings.....
Slightly more seriously sounds like a sync issue, deleting all user data and re-pairing the phone should sort that out.

Slightly more seriously sounds like a sync issue, deleting all user data and re-pairing the phone should sort that out.
im just a tadge worried the ability to pair the device will be gone as like i said the menu option isnt an option when pressing the button - another note i cant end the call on the steering wheel no longer shame cus the sytem is pretty cool and quality of sound is nice note: having had one fine in 2007 i dont fancy another  |

Hmm may need a reboot which is annoying as you lose trip data. If the deleting user data and re-sync doesn't work try disconnecting the battery for a while. With a windows based system you have thought they'd have made it easier  After that its a trip to the dealers time |

if the controls on the steering wheel arnt working it sounds like the convergence unit needs restarting which your local dealership should be able to do

its situated behind the panel of the passenger rear seat and an absolute bugger to get to, the back seats have to come out and all the panels on the n/s have to come out- and its rivoted in place!!! unfortunatley it cannot be restarted at home, it has to be put on the diagnostic computer and done through that. |

good good good job the battery pull worked a treat just like windows on the pc simple shut down and restart does the job |
