No Media message

My media player has been working fine for about a month. Now it says "no media" and I have reset everything ,deleted paired phone, tried memory stick in laptop, tried another memory stick ,turned autoplay on and off and still no media. The stick gives the impression that it is loading the media as the light flashes on it. Anyone had any similar problems? ???

Not had that one myself, but I think I've heard something about shuffling the files around on the memory stick, as this forces B&M to rebuild its media catalogue when you next plug the stick in.

Give it a shot and tell us what happens. :thumb:

The "No Media" message has been around for AGES.  It happens on my GP quite often -- and usually at the most annoying times!   :thumbd:

The best solution I've found (which means you don't need access to a PC) is to carry a second small £3.99 USB stick with me.  I have one attached to my keyring and it has just one song on there.  I insert that, let the Media player rebuild, then pull it and insert the main one again!  :thumb:

I would have thought by now that the software should have been updated to include a "Rebuild Playlist" or "Reset Media Player" option, but haven't seen reference to it  :(
