They are a nightmare, very slow and outdated now by lots of other smartphones, the touchscreen is also very difficult to use and you have to press it very hard. I got rid of mine. If like me you can't stretch to an iphone but still want a smartphone and want blue and me to work with all it's features get a Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 - although it's battery life is poor.
