USB formatted?

When i serviced my car, i disconnected the battery/earth wire etc. I tried playing some music from a USB stick the other day and it keeps saying "No media found" I'm not sure if the USB was in when i disconnected the battery.

Is it possible it could have wiped the music away? Or am i doing something wrong?

Oh and i don't like music, but sometimes i have to play something so i don't hear the cabin rattles  ;D

disconnect the battery, usually fixes the "no media found" message :thumb:

Has it worked before?  If no then make sure it's formatted as FAT32.  I had one the other day as NTFS and it didn't like it

No it was working fine. Now it appears there's nothing on there. Not sure if the car is lying or not.

Probably worth bunging it in a pc and see if the files there and if any rogue ones need deleting

How strange. After making this topic, i'd thought i'd try the stick one more time, and guess what? It worked!

Think i might have broken my Blue tooth though, pressed the "Update" button and it hasn't worked properly since.
