Leaving feedback purely on the basis of a test drive or phone call is of no use to anyone. Please do not comment on other people's feedback - instead, take all conversations into PMs. All feedback must be constructive and factual. I just wanted to let all of you London guys that I have been dealing with the Flagship Dealer for the past few months I think it's more than fair for me to recommend any of you to talk to Tony Dittli there. He has been incredible help and always very honest.

Service department not impressive though. Emailed them monday... Nothing. Called 3 times today - Promised a call back (I am asking very simple pricing questions for bits and bobs)... Nothing.

I booked in my 500SS with the service department (located in Battersea) after Glynn Hopkins could not fit me in for 2weeks.
I rang at 10am and was very happy to hear they could fit me in that same day; they were polite to deal with and well organized. I have never been there before and was happy to see them demonstrating common sense - as I arrived, they checked my reg plate and pulled my file and already knew my name and greeted me with a "Good Morning Commander Bond" and a offer of a cup of tea or coffee.
I got a prompt update from Ian on how the service was going and a cost for me to approve. The best bit was they actually identified to me that they did NOT need to change one of the filters as it was in perfect condition, thus they did not need to charge me for the privilege, thus saving me the money. I have to admit I did not tell them that Oil & Filters were done only 3500miles ago just to see if they spotted this fact.
I even got a car wash & vac included, but next time I think I will specifically ask that this is not done as I’m sure it was charged at the normal hourly rate, which is way more that a good hand job down the road.
All in all despite the obvious gripe about the total cost (influenced by Fiat), I was impressed.
Suggest you deal with Ian if you have a choice.
Glynn Hopkins on the other ha

I had my 1 year service done by the service centre. They were efficient and cleaned the car, but it was an expensive service (considering the car had only done 2,000 miles). They also forgot to get back to me with a quote for fixing the bumper I bashed on a low curb. 6/10, I reckon - will try Thames in Slough next.

Have had a lot of work carried out recently by the battersea Service Centre and I have to say they have been great.
Car had first service carried out a month ago and all went well, they even dropped the car back off to my house in Clapham only one issue with this the driver managed to damage one of the alloys, not happy so I called them and they collected and repaired the wheel so all well.
Then the car had to go back agan for issues with heater fan, this is the second one to be replaced with a bearing issue also a rubbing noise from the rear wheels which turned out to be a simple deglaze of the rear discs, only issue here is that when the car went it for it's service I did point this out and they returned the car saying that nothing was wrong so on this occasion I went out with the tech so he could hear the noise, all sorted FOC.
Just had them fit an Alarm and Monza to the car, looks and sounds great!
The loan car they gave me wasn't that great, White Fiat Panda of all things.
Regards,
Nick.
