OPC, I haven't really had a good read of it yet but it does seem to take his whole life from start to finish and up to Abarth G.P.
The pictures in the book are really good, glossy finish photos.
If I get time on Tuesday i'll have a good read and let you know.

I've got a copy of the new Abarth book. Its a good read but admittedly rather expensive. Brings the story up to date to the launch of the GP Abarth but not the 500. Some great pictures of the older cars. One thing I did learn was his "eating apples constantly during the day!!" Worth buying.

I am tempted, but know 100 pages including photos will only cover the basics that I have probably read about already. I've also got my eye on a few other books. Lets see what Christmas brings first.  ;D

just found this having been reading up on Karl.

I like the fact that when he founded the company 1949 and using a scorpion as the company logo, because that was the zodiac sign of his birth  :o

the iconic Fiat 500 Abarth was born in 1958, with is open rear engine compartment lid. With 10 world records, 133 international records and over 10,000 track victories, a remarkable achievement by any standards, a legend was created with quite some reputation.
