Haven't touched a kerb so must have done it on a pot hole. Not bad but a bummer nonetheless!

A week? Pah.  My little brother had kerbed an alloy on mine within 6 hours of having the car.

I nearly killed him

I have 2 sets of 16 spoke 17 inches, one for track use with rally slicks, the original esseesse ones, cus I scuffed one on a curb, so decided they would now be for on the track. The set I have now are some sexy black 16 spoke team dynamics ^^

Whoooa! Not good matey! I haven't done that much damage to be fair, very little in fact, about an inch so I can't complain too much!!!

Did a half wheel jobby on my old M3 once... really upset by that and the 19s were a bugger to get sorted!

A bugger, but at least it wasn't the rear bumper. I got hit in the back of my A500C after eight days  :banghead:

And the woman gave me false details as well but I managed to track her down. She has now made amends.

The alloys are white on mine, so I'm exercising a lot of care in parking well away from the kerb.

Years ago when we were working and got paid (before retirement) we had a stunning brand new BMW 328i convertible.   We had the front "garden" block paved but the kerb only dipped at one end.   The Beamer was parked nose in second car along so to get it out meant reversing at an angle to get it over the low bit of the kerb.   Picked it up in the evening and the next morning my husband reversed out the drive to take it to work.   Never thought and just reversed straight out over the kerb and pulled the front "bumper" right off.

I hope she paid for the repair to the back of your car.

It's being attended to, on Friday 12th November. It's just a scuffed bumper which is do-able.

Thanks for asking though.
