road conditions
« on: December 22, 2010, 02:24:45 PM »
with all this sh*t weather recently, the roads around me are now starting to thaw and break up, leaving potholes everywhere.
..so how many of you guys are gonna use this as an excuse to get koni FSD's?  :thumb:

We have the same problem with pot holes every time it snows. Some of the ones around here look big enough to swallow the entire car. I try my best to avoid them but when you hit a big one in the esseesse it feels dreadful and can't be doing the car many favours. So to answer your question, yes, I will try and use it as an excuse to get some FSD's.

Yep same here, resurfaced roads (coarse stones and a bit of tar!) that were done earlier in the year are already breaking up.

You would think it would be more cost effective to resurface roads properly!

Spooky timing, I was thinking to myself on the way home how much better the ride was on the FSDs with potholes suddenly opening up

...think I sold the idea to the better half as 'an investment in a smoother ride for her'.... must just check the sign-off procedure....
Red A500 SS, Monza exhaust, black leather, white mirrors, Koni FSDs. Not sure what happens under the bonnet but the car still keeps me smiling......must avoid the technical engine-type posts...
