When my car went in for it's first service, I was told that I couldn't have a courtesy car as I'm too young for their insurance. But I was allowed one if I paid for it to go on my own insurance for the day :-\

Didn't get a courtesy car but was taken to bus station - I ask them not to clean it don't want them damaging the paint work.
They had mine over xmas last year and I stopped the guy cleaning the snow as I could hear the scrapping across the roof.
I do think the servicing is expensive though - mine coming up to the 36,000 service I dread to ask how much it'll be.....
speed never killed anyone, suddenly becoming stationary, that's what gets you!

I think if its something like a service it might be tricky, but if it's a warranty issue then you've got a good chance...thats if they have any Abarth's spare!! I've always asked for one and ended up getting one, but I've had a fair few probs with mine so that might be why....

Thats on a good day.  I would never let ANY dealer loose with a car wash.

Even though I left an A4 sheet on the dash saying "Please DO NOT Wash" a certain Bristol dealer washed my car with a yard broom...yes a Yard Broom...

Needless to say Mr Angry came out...

Shocking! I too have had a car scratched when courtesy cleaned by a dealer, but not that bad!  :thumbd:
