Cheap more noise from exhaust ?

Is there a cheap way of getting more noise from the AGP exhaust ? mines very quiet :/ coming from 2 bikes with straight through exhausts and a saxo vtr with a straight through 3" exhaust and piper 3" back box i miss the noise :(

Cover your car in super glue and drive through Halfords  :thumb: That will do the trick...

Although this is the best suggestion, removing the backbox could also do the trick. Failing that, drill holes in the centre section or b/b - can't go wrong. 8)

Ha no all that would do is add more weight.

im not a chav (if your thinking saxo = chav you are very wrong drive a proper one and you will see)

just wondered if there is a way to remove the baffling and fitting a straight through perforated tube

 (£500 for a back box is a joke, can get a full manifold back system for that for most other cars)

saxo cost nothing to strip out, and cost a grand to buy not 10 also for a full ss piper exhaust was £400 not just the back box  ::)

hence why I'm complaining about the price of AGP back boxes

£139 for a backbox from Longlife and £145 from ProSpeed, another £100 you can have a catback. These are just local exhaust builders, there are many more online

Tmc do a cat back stainless exhaust. Im sure it was for less than £600
The sound is like nothing else.  :thumb:

I've only ever heard it on the SS model so may sound slightly different.

I had a custom job done, cat back, i like it, it pops and bangs a lot :D.

the only place near me is power flow, and i can see them been very expensive (they were for a mate)

I had cat back from Powerflow on my agp to begin with but thought I'd try Darons out and what a difference makes alsorte of sounds and pops n bangs. I thought the Powerflow one sounded nice but after had the Tmc one fitted the Powerflow one sounded flat and boring in comparison.

I would have bought it off you before you sold the car. Although I'm not sure we would have been able to do a swap in the service station car park like before.

I'm affraid its gone to Kent somewhere now. I do miss the sound of it though it sounded awesome  :thumb: the amount of times I got asked what engine was in it was unblievable, as it sounded like it had a big engine apparently.  ;D
