Red Dot in Enfield are very good.

But isn't there this new law in M.O.T's that fail cars with Remaps? Im not 100% sure about it but I heard iot somewhere on this forum!

I think there are rumours of this coming into force but then again so was the law about track/road legal tyres and thats not come to anything.
It maywell happen in the future as emission regs get tighter and tighter and tighter but for now its still legal.
If your considering a remap make sure you have completed all the breathing/tuning/performance mods as if you change too much after you've had the car mapped then your be wasting your money.
At least make sure that if you want to change your exhaust and induction setups especially your cat that its done
Before
the car is remapped as most sport cats and full exhausts make so much of a change your not really getting the full benefit until the cars mapped.
There was an interesting thing on 'Wheeler Dealer' when they where doing a Subaru Impreza WRX (Bug eye) they threw in a panel filter and a cat back exhaust and when the car was dyno'd it actually lost a few bhp with the new exhaust but once mapped made a good gain (as you would expect), Im not saying all exhausts will lose bhp from the off but with a change to a sport cat there's def more to had out of it with a remap.
Or so Im lead to believe lol

Think I'll be going the Angel Tuning route as well. Had exactly the same problem on my A500 as Ben. Sent the box back to TMC to get a re-prog and it came back with the note that the program was corrupt. Drove fine for about 500 miles after the re-prog, then the problem kicked off again.
Car is totally fine without the box but when you put it back on it freaks out pretty soon after. Might pop it off to Daron again for a suggested lower map. Just a bit freaked out about overtaking with the box on now as the turbo totally dies.
