I have also seen an example of the trip reading 155mph.
Dont panic, just take it back to your dealer and examiner will sort it out for you :thumb:

Our average speed is always 27, how does it work this out as i never really go less than 30 (accept when accelerating obv).

Have got the brake squeal (even with ss brakes) & knocking at rear problems, glove box also seems slightly off at one side. Dont seem to have had the indicator problem yet. Seems like no one else has had the leaking problem like me???? Suggest u all check in that little sliding box in drivers footwell under your mat. If theres water in there You may encounter the leaking from the bulkhead problem we have :(

Have you reset it lately?  It's an accumulate average, so if you've never reset it, it'll be calculating the average since you collected the car.  Even large variations in speed therefore won't affect the average much.

Oil coming out of the oilgaugerod (hopefully the translation is correct). To much turbopressure, to less turbo when sportboost is off they said.

Oil breathing out of the dipstick is not unusual on Fiats when they are overfilled (or even just properly filled) but it sounds like your problem is blow-by on a piston ring (or rings) which is quite a common (if that is the right word) failure on turbo engines.

That is the sort of problem that destroyed my first race car - the guy in front was in an Uno that was dumping oil all over the circuit. He spun on his own oil, bounced off the armco and straight into my car. Look around the paddock when the Fiat Racing Challenge were racing and you'd find most of the cars had a bungee strap holding the dipstick down.

Yeah of course, hense why i put when accelerating (i assumed people would realise i meant when first starting & after decelerating at junctions, roundabouts etc)

As for the resetting, yes i have reset it a few times, i assumed the average speed would be a bit higher really, nothing like 155 though :)

Already got a entire new motor. 1 cylinders wasn´t round, but more like oval. 1/6 cm of the circle :P.

Dipstick indeed now fixed sollid, like the racing teams do ;). Thanks, but the garage already did it for me, was more commen indeed problem with oil out of the dipstick!
