The Original AGP rocks
« on: January 27, 2012, 12:19:05 AM »
Scorpi rules.  I love him to bits. I am approaching 46,000 glorious miles and all I had done is a new set of brakes front and rear and a few sets of Pirellis.  The Pirellis are definitely due to my driving style. The sliding in the corners and the roundabouts.  We love roundabouts and we love to waste those Pirellis. As much as we love burning Shell V Power.  Catch me if you can and dare me if you like. ;D

I may have a slightly bias opinion here but I totally agree!

Rocks even more in Esseesse form with a TMC :thumb:

Afraid I'd have to disagree :(

I had Carmen for a year in completely standard form.  She was lots of fun but nothing hugely special.

Since TMC she has been completely transformed and now is something truly special.  Not only does she pick up better, she sounds better and is returning 6.5mpg more on my normal run ;D

Each to their own :) Yes, the extra performance is great but I'd rather have a reliable car and not one constantly getting repaired.

Scorpi is reliable, I won't give him up until he starts to cost me serious money, and I mean "serious".  He rocks.  I don't care about all those gimmicks on cars, what I need is a fast car, that overtakes easy, sticks in corners and does not cost me additional money because it's been tuned. And more than anything I need a car that is fun to drive and which I can pat after every journey for being so cool to drive.  OK, I may not catch a Porsche if the driver puts his/her foot down, but I do have fun driving.
