towing eye

going on a track day in a few weeks so need to put in the front towing eye, this easy to fit? wats involved?  ::)

Take one small flat bladed screwdriver and wrap some tape round the end. Insert said screwdriver in the recess of the tow eye cover and  lever the cover off. Screw tow eye into fitting. Aim tow eye at rear of car in front.
