Hi everyone im the owner of a racing red 09 AGP and love it. I picked it up on thursday from Platts after I traded in my clio 197.

The only problem is that I cant get all of my songs on my ipod to play. Do i need an adaptor for it or is there another way?

welcome, you need an ipod adaptor, you can get it via the forum shop or via your dealer im affraid.

interesting choice to trade in the 197 for the AGP ? any perticular reason? my mates got a black 197 and its a fantastic car minus the SHOCKING interior.

edit - the adaptor can be found near the bottom of this page if you choose to get it via the forum shop

Cheers mate I had a feeling that I might need to get one.

I loved my 197 and was sad to see it go but it was getting to be 3 years old and I dont do MOT's plus i fancied a change and 23.4mpg was doing my head in, I know the AGP is nearly 45bhp down on the clio but it doesn't feel slower.

yes the interior was naff compared to the AGP

fair enough and yeah 23.4mpg isnt great!!! the best my mate ever gets is 30-31mpg and thats driving like a grandad. they are however quite tidy in the corners! Wink

you made a good choice though, the cars nice and for every day driving its nice to have a car with a bit ot torque rather than having to drop a gear and give it the beans.

so what wheels you got on it? standard or optional?

I've got the standard wheels on at the moment but i need to get my hands on a set of ss wheels in white but i would be tempted to have them sprayed black

Welcome.

I couldn`t get my I-pod to connect when i got my AGP a few weeks ago, make sure your songs are set as MP3 and it should work Thumb Up I didn`t need to buy the adaptor.

I used to have a 197 too, all I can say is i don`t think you`ll be disappointed with the AGP, I haven`t stop grinning when the turbo kicks in lol.

I was at there for 5 hours Embarrassed but sean let me take an A500 out for a spin whilst i was waiting so it wasnt to bad.
