Carlos's Car
« on: December 16, 2011, 06:02:03 PM »
Hello Boys and Girls.. some of you may know me if you do Hi!

Right I bought my standard A500 in the April of 2010 and absolutely love it.. im obsessed! i saved and saved destined to esseesse within the year and i did this in march this year.
At the same time i Monza'd it up,

Now im going to treat it to some work in the new year. Im going to 100% go for Koni FSD's but im also tempting myself with the Cloth Sabelts and maybe the brembo kit!..

What are you guys views on the Brembo's are they worth it? Ive been offered a really good deal if i went for them all together and am sorely tempted but as i only uprated my breaks with my esseesse kit last year is it worth wile doing it again?

Also ive been driving around in my standard seats for the last 18 months are the sabelts uncomfortable? do they take much getting used to after using standard ones for so long?

Cheers

Carl

Nice pics! The black stripe is my favorite and those white wheels look lovely.
The brembos will look and be awesome.
I loved my Sabelts from the moment I swapped. They are much firmer and feel more 'huggy'.

Sabelts are by far more comfortable than standard seats (that's my opinion) and don't take long to get used to  :thumb:

Thanks guys!

It's the height I'm worried about Too have my seat at the lowest possible but the sabelts seem a bit higher than the standard seats.. They do look mega cool tho!!

They are in my dining room....

Honestly, Sabelts are great and, unless you are over 6'6" you will be fine  :thumb:

If I were a bachelor I would have them turned into a sofa and the crate as a coffee table but I'm not sure my mrs would approve ha ha...

Chris he's round the corner to me. He's been out to a few of the bigger meets and has been to the ace a couple of times, I'm sure you'd have seen Carl.
