Eibach Pros and Spacers fitted
« on: October 30, 2011, 06:11:03 PM »
Just fitted Eibachs pro's and 6mm GTT spacers, looks great, had a little trouble with the spacers but hoping to keep them, they do give the car a great stance. Sorry about the very average photos.

Stance looks good, but I personally don't like the wheels stuck out like that.

Is that funk or bossa nova white?  Hopefully that rear height will settle down after a while.
Collected 4Nov11 with just 6 miles on the clock.

Its Funk:) I took the pictures quite late in the evening doesn't really show off the colour. The back has already started to settle really nice, the photos make it look a lot higher than it seems in real life! 8)

Where did you get your spacers from mate? I'm looking into getting some brembos fitted and they foul on the petal alloys without a 6mm spacer.

Cheers

looks really good but what was the trouble with the spacers as wanna get some myself, ive been told there really easy to fit, just wheel off, spacer on and wheel over thetop.

How does the car feel now its on the Eibachs?

And did you remove the rear bumpstops?

Spacers have been ok, got them via Tmc:) But if you fit them make sure you double check they are done up after 20 miles or so. Mine worked loose.

Eibachs are great, ride isn't as harsh as I thought it might be, very similar to standard setup. No rubbing issues or anything of the like, front tyres heavily worn on the inside but I heard I'm not the only one with this? I cut the bumpstops and left them in place:)

Cool, i recon il get some spacers. i know what you mean about the bolts as i noticed one came loose on my ZS with 15mm ones on after a day but after i tightened it back up, no probs. What the bumpstios like to cut? as if i get the Eibachs i'd prefer to have the cut down so you know there is that last resort. How much did you cut so i could do the same.

Cheers
