If you would care to tell me the cost of the stripes fitted, that would help. PM me if you want to keep it secret  :thumb:

I don't mind. I paid £195 with VAT. This was based on a photo based quote which was honored. The guy said it actually was quite a hard job and took nearly twice the time so it might cost you a bit more. Give them (Paul) a call. 020 8313 1146

Thanks Hippo. Nearest decent Vinyl wrap specialist to me is Raccoon in Mancs i think, they will probably charge more though.

Great lookin car mate, seen your exhaust before but still looks great :thumb:

We got a member in the SE section that has pretty much the same setup made by Viper exhausts in Billericay and it sounds like a Rally car lol

I've just spotted your "G-Tech now fitted". Looking good in stealth black!
Hoping to join up with the SE mob.

We're planning a Dyno day in Essex, there are people coming from Kent so you could look in on that one, also we're looking to do a Essex driving day after that then a Kent driving day so keep your eyes on the SE

You spotted the 8ball meet over in Essex this coming Friday? I'll be going hopefully meeting Nagle on the Essex side and going down together, more than welcome if your free :thumb:

New toys to play with today! This time a set of new fancy Sabelt seats. I can honestly say I've never spent such a fortune on something to replace something that I already have and doesn't need replacing. When I think of the month in Thailand that I could have had my heart begins to palpate. Still done now, no going back. Went to Glyn Hopkins in Romford to pick them up. The Italian guys who worked in the service center were very enthusiastic about my car and the mods I'd done and were keen to show of theirs too. It was like a car meet comparing my custom exhaust to their Monzas. Even though they were busy they let me use to garage to put the passenger seat in. (I'd never get both in the boot.) Easy job battery off, unplug, unbolt, re-bolt re-plug, battery on. Home to put the second one in and then it's p*ssing down and will do for the rest of the day.
First impressions though comparing the two seats side by side: The sabelts are beautiful. The quality is awesome. The stitching ties in with that on the handbrake, knob and binnacle surround. The white backs look like you have a storm trooper in your car and ties up with the B.N. white. They are much firmer than the standard seats. They go back a full 5cm further than the standard seat which is great for me at 6'2". They hug very very well. Your bum sticks to the alcantara like glue. They are much lighter than the standard leather seats.
Got to wait for the rain now....

Cool  8)

They do look lovely. I was under the impression that Sabelts now had yellow stitching in them too - must just be the APE...

Great looking car and awesome looking seats.  Did you have to pay a premium for the seats as an after market item than new in the car?

Yellow stitching is APE. I'm sure I did pay a premium but I have the 'old' red leather to sell.
