What sort of lap times wre you doing?

I'll see if I can beat you (on FORZA in a A500 SS)  ;D

it was the VLN circuit which was combined Sprint Circuit and Nordschliefe. I was not timing really but was around 12 minutes for the combined circuit.

Oh well.
It's only the Nordschliefe on Forza.
Looks like you had fun and good weather!

Hi All

Long time no update. Found this piccy of me on the ring and thought it was a winner. Taken a couple of weeks ago.

You're very lucky; that is one hell of a picture taken at the 'Ring.

No wonder people said it was pretty scary doing high speeds if not familiar with that track.

The fastest was just under eight minutes - I'd probably do it in an hour!!

Bit sad tonight. I sold my little lady today for 70% of what I paid for her. Moving to Malaysia within the month. Person who bought her turned up in a yellow punto sporting with an Abarth body kit on it and we did a deal.

I am really going to miss this car. I had 2 warranty claims in the two years, One for the rear screen washer jet and the other for the display on the radio.

Car had 28500 kms on it in the two years I owned it. Had lapped Le Mans, Nurburgring, Spa, St Die, Rockingham, and had never missed a beat.

Abarthisti invited me to the moving motor show last year at the festival of speed. A brilliant day out.

As the longest owner of an abarth 500 on the forum (OK I do not live in the UK so I did not own the oldest car in the Uk) I am a going to miss this car. She never let me down.

I could not get the TMC box to work with the car but another member is enjoying that pleasure. Cannot fault anyone on here for there support and feedback. Thanks all
