I'm looking forward to seeing your pics.
I have a funk white 500 with petals etc due first week of August and I'm definately going to visit Paintshield in Peterborough.
How did it turn out?
How much protection did you pay for and can you see it?
Does it change the look of the paint much?

I’m so pleased!
It’s been such a long wait. 1st of April I put the deposit down and ordered. 3rd of July I picked up my little beauty.
What a build up. The long wait made it even sweeter. My personal, made to order car.
So, off we went on Friday morning to collect. Drove to Glyn Hopkin at Chadwell Heath and there it was. S500MWS. My 500, my initials. I took my son, Daniel (11) out of school with me (he went with me on my first test drive).
After the long but enjoyable handover, we set off to Paintshield in Peterborough. M11, M1 etc. People looking “wow what’s that?”.
Waited at Paintshiled (Ice Age 3, Pizza Hut) drove home. 150 miles taking it easy.
Today (Saturday), got up at 8.00am and went out alone.
I’m so pleased (have I already said that?).
The roads around here are excellent, there’s one stretch through the countryside that undulates and sweeps, the car is brilliant! I’ve driven Ferraris, Porsches etc but this is fun. Not better but fun. And it’s mine.
I LOVE IT!
Funk White, Red Leather, Funk white mirror covers (not red – I’ve changed them). Unique.
