 Well have sold the Lotus Elise  ??? very sad

 But hey

 Am off on the train to Luton tomoz to pick up the new (OLD) car  :thumb:

 It will join the stable of two other Abarths and yes pictures will follow.

A 1966 Fiat 1000tc Continuation  :wave:

Now before you say it's a replica this is classed as a continuation as it has many Abarth pats inc a new A112 engine.

Just like a GT40 or Jag C or D type that is a modern recreation which has many original parts would be a continuation.

This would be (If I wished  8)) with some safety features eligible for historic motor sport.

Anyway just thought you would like a look  :thumb:

There's an old Italian man I bump into when I go to the local shops who's got a white and Blue one. It's brilliant. Hope he dies soon and leaves it to me.

yes it's on the road however it is going in for a complete body restoration in the winter ready for next year. It Will have all new pannels to.c

Every time I'm tempted by a 'classic' I'm afraid i get a flashback to my first years of driving which were generally in cars of this vintage im afraid. Just remember - no brakes, no steering, no stability control. But at least the engine can't end up on your legs if you hit something.
