Hi all,  Wave

After picking her up on Saturday morning ive been desperate to give her a good seeing too (cleaning that is) and take some pics for you all too see but the weather has been against me  Cry Ive had some dodo juice products sat here waiting to be used but with typical bank holiday weather its been a no go  Thumb Down

Then about an hour ago the sun broke through and we managed to get out and take her down the road to a quiet spot to take some pics (along with the Spider)

We got some funny looks as i wiped both cars clean in the middle of the countryside  Shocked

Well here she is at long last  Thumb Up















Shes specced up quite nicely with

Funk white paint
Red stripes/mirrors
Skydome
17" Petals
Red leather
Climate control
Xenons
Alloy gear knob
...and last but not least...the mighty Monza exhaust  Grin

More photos in the future when i haven't got battle with the weather and low light Smiley

I will post more about thought on the whole buying process and how the A500 compares with the Spider when i get a little more time  Wink

Nice ride!  Thumb Up But what's this talk about bad weather? It's rained about twice in the past month here in Wales, believe it or not!

Very nice indeed.  Smiley You know, I'd forego plenty of other options for that Monza exhaust. Can't beleive I thought twice about it over money. What a hoot!  Grin Grin

Ok so its now done a few hundred miles  Smiley

The good bits: (so far)

Looks
Sound
Feel

The bad bits: (so far)

Poor ride...too bouncy
Poor wipers....juddering all over the screen
seating position a little too high

On a whole im really enjoying the car as it always puts a smile on my face  Grin
I knew the ride/seating position wouldn't be great but cant really think of any other bad points atm  Thumb Up

Also hated the standard 500 scuff plates so i removed them and threw them in the bin they have been replaced with some rather nice Abarth ones  Thumb Up You can just see them in one of my pics Smiley

The boot carpet seemed very "thin" to me so i ordered a nice Abarth boot mat a while ago fits  great and should stop our stuff moving around and wearing the standard carpet out Wink

xenons are great ive missed them these past few years glad i paid the extra for them Smiley
Downside is the DRL's/sidelights look like yellow candles next to them Sad so ive bought some nice upgraded bulbs that should hopefully give out a white/blue light Smiley

still not had the weather/chance to wash and wax her yet  Thumb Down

I will post pics of these and the various other mods il be doing to bring the car up to standard Wink

Sounds like you need Sabelt seats and an esseesse kit to me..... Wink

Maybe a good clean of the screen would clear that.

Sometimes a screen that is too clean car cause juddering, the term "squeak clean" comes to mind. It's because it's so new, the rubber wiper blades are hard and the screen is too clean. It should stop in good time  Smiley
