Gaiter was from ebay the handle was made by my lovely wife and her sewing machine I'd love to replace my gaiter with one of those. You got a link to the person you bought it from by any chance?

Thank you, looks far better than the one that comes with the car. Easy enough to replace?

Yes very easy Step 1. Remove the rubber mat at the base of the rear drinks holder, this will reveal a 10mm nut(i think it was 10mm) undo this and the plastic trim from around the handbrake can be removed. Step2. Grab hold of the rubber handbrake gaiter and pull from the bottom over the lever ,so you are essentially pulling it inside out as you pull it off you will have to be quite forceful so be careful not to damage anything (found this the easiest way to get it over the leather handbrake grip). Step 3. Get your new leather gaiter and turn it inside out put it over the lever backwards and secure with cable tie, once secure pull it over lever the correct way (reverse of Step 2) and your leather gaiter is complete. Step 4. replace plastic trim around lever and re-fix nut.... done would love to take some pics of the process but the Mrs is out in it atm might get some done for the weekend will make a lot more sense with pictures

How long did yours take to arrive? I had a wee look at my car after reading your fitting instructions and it looks fairly easy to do, thanks!

Owning an Abarth is a bit like owning a fire that can only be stoked with pound notes...... She is looking lovely though. (But I wish you hadn't mentioned some of these things that I hadn't thought of.....) I couldn't agree more, owning an abarth costs money, but isn't owning such a beautiful car worth it !

Poor wipers....juddering all over the screen
Maybe a good clean of the screen would clear that.
I also use Rainex.
Martin
I swear by Rainex, gives the screen a nice polished feel and you hardly use the wipers

Nice subtle addition of sticker, I can't see the rim protectors, are they that good they are invisible?

They are the red line around the rims m8 Are they effective? I remember a thread on here about them a wee while ago. Where did you get the Assetto Corse sticker from?
