A week doesn't go by without watching several csi's in our house.

What did we think though, personally while the whole 9/11 thing was tastefully done it was a bit out of place for me. Wish mac would hurry up and get back to his job too  ;D and what's messer up to  ???

it was well done and i imagine when it was aired in the USA it was very poignant.

Its my guilty pleasure. My husband thinks I'm daft. We both love the original (well, 'loved' that is - when Grissom was in it), he thinks NY version is silly... But then, he likes Two and a half men... Who is silly now!? ??? ;D

Didn't Messer pass a Sgt exam at end of last series? Perhaps they're lining him up for cannon fodder later in the series??
