Well Red Bee Media are responsible for this and  here is a quote from their Web Site here is the link http://www.redbeemedia.com/news/bbc-sport-and-red-bee-media-set-record-worlds-biggest-scrum-during-bbc-six-nations-trail-filmin

The scenes include:

Young lovers meet on a station platform. They run romantically towards each other, but she tackles him (tackle)

A woman’s car breaks down. Fans group together to create a scrum to give her a push start (scrum)

Ummmm to put that sort of statement in writing.

They have a Compliance Section

Compliance
Ensure your content doesn’t stray from regulatory or channel guidelines with the help of our Compliance team. As specialist content police, they’ll keep your programming honest and fit for purpose.

Of course it’s not just about removing naughty non-compliant bits. It’s about considering context and likely impact on viewers, then making sound judgements based on our years of experience. With the help of our Programme Services Unit, we offer a wide range of re-versioning options including; editing for time, adding an extra language, creating Dolby tracks or recreating programme titles. We can also handle your DVD production, break point allocation and metadata creation. In fact whatever the destination of your content - mobile, web or linear broadcast - we have the expertise to ensure that it’s visually engaging, technically sound, and most critically, commercially viable.

Well their compliance can't be that good and a new entry needs inserting don't hack off Abarth owners.

They filmed this on December 11th so the car would have been at the very oldest 6 months old.
