I got 5 points and £300 for doing 89 on a 60 in my old 1.2 ibiza but never been stopped for speeding in the abarth... Had a close call with a fixed camera, never saw it as there was a lorry blocking it as I overtook, saw the lines on the road last minute, was doing over 90, pretty sure the lorry blocked the camera from seeing me aswell though because I never heard anything from it, and I know the camera works as since then I've seen it flash someone else
Been pulled twice for other things though. Once because the police assured me I was driving with my fog lights on through the town, I had to prove they were in fact my DRL's, idiots >.<
And also been stopped to sound check my exhaust, well I was parked up with the engine idleing and they parked behind me and blocked me in, hopped out with some fancy rod thing and did the check after telling me they were going to
Its just the standard factory exhaust so not even CLOSE to being over the limit, they must have been bored that day
