Anyone know of a good STRONG wheel cleaning brush. I've got through 3 inside a year - a cheap Halfords one, an expensive Megiars one and something in the middle. Only answer if you've had one for a long time and it's lasted. Cheers

If Im going to be 100% honest most are pretty crap and wont last long at all. Ive given up on them and use a microfiber glove Mine has lasted a year and a bit so far being used nearly every weekend (apart from the winter) get nearly the same results as a wheel brush on the caliper and if im going to be honest I find it better on the alloys.
Trick is to wash it now and again. And be sure to use a different one for bodywork (as I found out the hard way!)

Ive got a Autoglym wheel brush that ive had for a few years now, i tend to just use it for the tight corners/callipers and use a fluffy wash mit for the easy bits

Years ago I bought a "Muc Off" bucket kit for my bicycle, in the bucket were a few muc off liquid cleaning products and 3 different types of brushes, all were excellent quality and are still lasting to this day. Not what I would call a traditional wheel brush amongst those but I use all three to clean my wheels.

I use a "Wonder wheels" brush, but do not use the Wonder wheels cleaner, it's very strong acidic and abrasive and will damage the lacquer. The brush itself is made of soft hair of some sort, but is stubborn and it looks cheap, but it's pretty robust. Only thing is, you can only buy the brush with the cleaner stuff...

Anyone else's wheels going a yellow/bronze colour? I haven't tried intensive cleaning on them, but they get pressure-washed and a wipe over with detergent quite often.

I use this for the bulk of the dirt (it's kept going for a good couple of years now), & this for the face of the wheels & as a quick secondary clean to the 1st brush in the nooks & crannies.

Head some good things about the EZ detail brush. However, it is quiite delicate so won't stand up to repeated bending. Vikan one is also supposed to be great. Maybe cheaper to pick up on Ebay. Our SS wheels are yellowing. T cut seems to do the trick but is time consuming and can only really be done when the wheel is off.
