Hi All,

I'm new to the Abarth family having been a Porsche / BMW  owner for many years, but decided I wanted something fun to throw around the country lanes as I've just moved to the Somerset.  I've just bought a remapped MTA 2013 Competizione Convertible, baby blue with light grey roof.  So far I've loving it apart from two things;

1 - The central arm rest.  It completely blocks access to the seat belts buckle and hand brake.  It doesn't rotate upwards so that I can can move it out of the way and is held on by 4 screws into the rear cupholder compartment on the floor of the car.  I presume it's an aftermarket part. I've had a look on eBay but there doesn't seem to be a lot available and the ones I do find say not suitable for the Abarths.  I don't mind losing the rear cup holders as they're never going to be used.  I have the Sabelts seats.
 - What are the best options for a armrest that swivels up?   
 - Will a non Abarth armrest fit?

2 - The MTA gearbox in auto mode - wow, I could make a coffee in the time it takes to change gear :-)  Is this normal?  In manual mode it's great but in auto it is truly dreadful.  I went for the MTA as my wife is also going to use the car and she only drives automatics now.  Now I know I can't expect Porsche PDK changes but this feels painful.
 - What are my options for getting speeding up the MTA gearchanges?
