Dear all. I have a very recent 2020 Competizione. It has 2400 km. I have installed the Bluespark tuning box and am experiencing some misfire issues. Even in setting as low as map A / 2. No problem when I take the module out. I can feel some surge (or what I would describe as “wave effect”) around 4500 and 5500 RPM. If I insist I get a flashing engine light (that disappear after around 15 seconds). OBD reader always says the same: cyl 2 and 3 misfire. When the conditions are very good (at nognr for instance, when it is cold and dry) everything performs normally and that car works VERY well. Almost no misfire and no engine light.
I use Shell V Power 98 octane gas.
What could give me a better spark? Other plugs? I already have uprated to Alfa Romeo 4c Bosch coils and I have regapped the spark plugs to 0.5 with no difference. I just need a better spark. Anyone experienced the same issue with Piggibacks or proper remap? Any solution to be recommended?
