Title: Coilovers to 500SS
Post by: Han5y on September 20, 2014, 03:08:31 pm
Hi guys!

Im thinking about coilovers for my abarth ss to get the right height. But, i see a lots of the coiloverkits gives from arround 20mm lowering to xx mm lowering.

Is 20mm lowering from the original abarth, so it will be the same as mine with SS springs (which gives aprox. 20mm)?

Or to make it a little big easyer. The B14PSS says 20-50mm.
Which means 20-50mm on a original non-SS car, and 0-30mm on my SS?

I have learnt after fitting mine that the adjustment values for the coilovers are literally just for the coilovers. I didn't have instructions or base settings to start from, there wasn't a set height given for a standard or for an SS...does that make any sense? ???

Anyway the AP coilovers i have are 10mm from the highest settings and the car sits around 10-15 mm lower than SS springs i had before.  :thumb:
