Insurance after being chipped

Just after some advice, only had my T jet 145 for a month and loving it. I plan to get a stage 1 chip conversion done, and wonder what sort of price hike can i expect from the old insurers, and who would i go to in a few months time when the insurance is due,

    Normally in the range of 25-40 % increase in premium, in my experience

    Thanks for that, when I did request a quote from a comparison web site I was pleasantly surprised. I foolishly went to Adrian flux first, and was quoted £450 whaaaasttttt, it ain't a Ferrari, managed to get a £250 quote from rAC but could have got a cheaper rate £176 from a company I had never heard of. Anyway, I am ordering a blue spark unit
