Title: Rear shock knock fixed!
Post by: Mightycup on September 10, 2021, 10:48:10 pm
Recently bought a 2015 595c Turismo with 12k on the clock. Previously had a 500 twinair which I lowered and put koni active shocks on, transformed the ride. Before selling the twinair took the shocks off and kept them.
After driving the 595 for a few months got sick of the knocks coming from the rear!
Swapped the original ‘supposedly’ fsd black shocks with the red Koni actives…...not a sound, perfect.
I suspect the black fsd’s had a manufacturing problem, I believe I’m not the only one who’s experienced this problem?
So if you’ve got knocking rear end stick a couple of koni active’s on (there the same as fsd’s)
Best upgrade imo

I may eventually put the front koni actives on but it’s a much bigger job. But I bet it’ll handle better!

Btw - 2 rear original shocks with very low miles for sale  ;)  ;D
