Title: Relocation of pressure gauge
Post by: alainmengoli on May 25, 2009, 12:50:02 pm
I was thinking of moving the pressure gauge to the steering column or A pillar and replacing the whole with the Fiat GPs system. Questions I have are:
- is the boost gauge electric or mechanical?
- Will the fiat gps cover the whole?
- Where do people reckong the new location should be for the boost gauge?

The gauge I believe is electric.
I dont think you would be able to retro fit the GPS port.
Dont really think the boost gauge would look right in any other position.

It's not secure to hang anything on A pillar, you have side airbags near and you don't want to have your boost gauge in your face ;)
