The issue we had with the actuator was a long time ago and tested on a standard car (no TMC box), given that the TMC box allows higher boost pressure it should work with the stronger actuator, remember what you are trying to do is not get even higher boost than with the TMC box but rather holding a level of boost for longer, I have very limited access to A500's here in Ireland but I would love to test the actuator on one. I feel pretty confident having heard of others with them fitted and working fine that I'd be fairly sure it will work. I might look at offering a TMC box, induction and actuator package, the difficulty with the actuators is setting them up, you need to know what your doing and be measuring boost off the inlet manifold for accurate readings, I figure if you can get the car to hold 1.2bar boost it should be hitting around 180bhp and using an induction kit and free flowing exhaust and sports cat will make for a really nice power delivery.

Hi Daron

You should know on my power figures as most mods on the car were shipped by you!
The car is running great I had not gone past setting 7 on the box yet.
As my obd2 port is not working properly I am sceptical about turning it up as I might not be able to get the car out of limp mode.

Also will send u pictures of the bodykit once I have it on.

cheers for sharing tho, im keen for that mod need a local specialist to sort Spring it must be done  ;D

LSD was bought direct from quaife online at ex Vat price and shipped out to hong kong where I am based so I guess not much help on the fitting side.

However it's quite hard to fit as the original diff is under all the gears and most things in the box had to come out before hand.

A problem I had after fitting was a little part of the gear selector was not put back properly and the car could not select 2nd 4th or reversed an was stuck in 1st gear even when the know was moved to the neutral position, this was rectified and have had no problem ever since.

It's a little pill that makes you feel..... oops no.
It stands for Limited  Slip Differential.
It replaces the standard differential and so is located in the gearbox. Put very basically, it enables less slippage of the driven wheel that is not under load and so allows better power delivery :thumb:

found a picture of the lsd going in, everything in the box had to come out just to fit it!

does not improve aesthetics or power of the car, but improves grip and cornering speed, epecially with a good set of tyres, its relatively expensive to buy and fit, but I am quite happy with it, my car had a slight stumble mid corner before fitting which was resolved by fitting the lsd.
