160 - 165hp
« on: August 27, 2017, 11:23:20 am »
Hi all,

My XSR has originally 165hp and is a fancy Turismo version but the Turismo is only 160hp?

Does the exhaust really make 5hp or is it more to it then that?

Ok, so nobody here knows exactly what makes the 5 hp increase on the XSR?

As Lsgraham_uk asid, the 695 XSR is a detuned Competizione basically, it has the GT1446 turbo.

It appears to down to the make of turbo fitted.

The latest Turismo has 1446 turbo and 165bhp
The XSR has 1446 and 165
Trofeo has IHI and 160bhp same as 'Esseesse' conversion.

    I think

Ok, sorry I thought all 2017 had GT1446

Is there any power differences between the Monza & Acropovic exhaust?

    Cheers

I would not have thought so, the difference in price though is eye watering :o

It's so complicated, depends on the way the gas flows through the exhaust. If there is more power then it will be barely noticeable compared to the Monza. The Akrapovik sounds amazing though when the bypass is on :)
