Your problem could be caused by numerous faults.
Are you over revving to the limiter?
Engine in limp mode because of fault codes in ecu for example.
Turbo waste gate faulty
Do you have a scan tool to monitor any fault codes?
Maybe a trip to an Abarth dealer is required.

Have the new 3 channel Bluespark on the Car, the issue was there prior to it however slightly different. Before the Box was put on, i noticed/felt the boost fluctuating in 4th or 5th gear when under full load/boost, didnt do it all the time tho and could reach max revs no problem.
After the Box was fitted, it now holds back, retards the revs after 4-4.5k rpm amd struggles to Rev out? Accelerates hard in lower gears, easily nearing rev range. Only holds back revs, boost fluctuates when driven hard in mostly 4th & 5th gear.
