Not sure what it's doing to warrant a competizione tag tho!  :thumbd:
As Keith Richards tells it, Jones came up with the name "The Rollin' Stones" (later with the 'g') while on the phone with a venue owner. "The voice on the other end of the line obviously said, 'What are you called?' Panic. The Best of Muddy Waters album was lying on the floor—and track one was 'Rollin' Stone Blues'".

Can you get the wheel inserts in black? I would have had them as an option for mine.

I was going to post abot this the other day but didnt get around to it - it represents a significant saving over the normal car in the Netherlands.

From the email I got from the dealer:

    Climate control
    Blue & Me Nav system
    Interscope Hifi
    Sport Interior with logos
    Night Black 17" Competizione wheels
    Night Black roof
    Speciale striping on sides
     â‚¬ 24.995

(those options on a usual NP 500 would cost you about 28.000eur here)

I was speaking to Jerry (the guy I bought my car from and who is responsible for this project) and he wanted to put a G-tech exhaust on it amongst other goodies, but I guess that didnt work out.
    Abarth 500

    G-tech 'S' chip.

    G-tech full exhaust sytem.

    172bhp & 285Nm @4850rpm.

    Now sold - doh!

Like the seats but the wheels just look like normal Petals, only dirtier! And the stripe needs to be lower if it's going to be that big, like that on the Assetto Corse (pic at top of page!)

I love those wheels, and I wouldn't say no to the seats either. Usual thing, Europe gets all the fun 500 editions  :(, was amazed we even got the By Diesel.

I did read a UK article on this car and they did suggest this is a good sign that the UK will get some Abarth Special Edition in the future,

Suppose this is only their opinion of course..

Still think they should have done something special for the Launch Edition here even if it was just a numbered plate in the cabin. Hey ho no idea why I'm bitching about it, not like I would chuck mine in for another couple of years.

Black center caps - can you buy them? or can you only get the one's with the red outer rim?

There's yet another special edition 500, this time in the form of this Abarth 500 Competizione, 10 will be made exclusively for Holland to celebrate the 1st year since the return to the Dutch market.

It costs 3,000 euros more than the standard Abarth 500, only ten will be made. Special stuff include black wheels, graphics, and SEXY seats.

erm it was almost identical to JKdesign80's, I didn't steal it it was just merged into the existing thread, all text is still there but the repeat pictures were removed to preserve bandwidth.

No modification was really done other than the merging into the existing thread.
